Zing Zang Zoom!

The cirus is in town!
Shauna started a tradition for our family of going to the circus everyother year. The kids love it, an I really kinda look forward to it too! It is always so amazing to go and watch the animals and the crew. It amazes me that they can get animals to do all those crazy things. We were on the 3rd row, so it was close enough to really see everything up close! When Shauna got the tickets she was so excited to tell the kids, she told them we are going to be close enough to smell the elephants pooh (which probably wasn't the best thing to say to get them excited about the seats), so the day before, Abi said, "Mom do we really have to smell the elephants pooh?" and I said no but we will be really close.

This year the theme was kinda on magic (hence the zing zang zoom title), so all through the show they were doing these little magic tricks that were pretty neat. There were a couple I just kept looking at Dave and saying, how in the heck are they pulling these things off. It was pretty fun.
The elephants still amaze me cuz of their size and things they get them to do. Since we were so close I didn't get a good picture of thier tricks but they had 10 elephants and had one in the center up on the round step with four on one side and five on the other, with each of them standing and resting their front feet on the back of the one in front of them and the center one holding all that weight while standing on the step (hard to explain, but just know it was cool). Another thing I am just in awe with is the talent of these young kids, their strength and balance are incredible. This trick they were on this big swing and would make it go back and forth and while it was moving back and forth they would do jumps off eachother and flips and crazieness. Pretty cool to watch.
After the circus we went to dinner with the family then headed home. Everyone had fun and loved the circus. When I asked Jax what his favorite part was, he said it was all my favorite.
Thanks Bob and Shuana for the fun times and good memories!
