Half a Year

Another month has flown by. Grayson is now half a year old. It is kinda weird looking at it that way instead of months. His is going to be 1 before we know it, which makes me really sad.
This last month has brought lots of smiles and giggles to our house. Grayson is growing out of his colic unhappy stage, and is turning into a very happy smiley boy. I love his giggles and how he lights up anytime he sees or hears me. It is also very fun to watch him when Dave gets home and is around. Grayson will be sitting with me in one room and will hear or see Dave in the other room and he will sit and watch and smile at Dave even when Dave isn't looking at him. He sits and anticipates Dave's every movement and can hardley wait for Dave to give him a hello or a boo.
He is such a joy in our family. I love every moment spend with him and get sad to think that he will be out of this stage soon.
A few of Grayson's favorites things to do are:
Playing peek-a-boo
Being scared
Watching the kids run and be crazy
Being covered with a blanket and then having it lifted really fast
Scratching at all surfaces
Playing with my necklace
Having Colton or Abigail talk to him
Sucking on things
Playing with his feet
Sucking his toes

Now that he is on formula and getting calories he is growing like a weed. The Dr. said everything looked good and he is a strong little boy.
Grayson's six month stats are:
Weight: 15 lbs 4 oz (10%)
Height: 26 1/2 inches (60%)
Head: 17 3/4 inches (80%)

He is so cute. I was looking at him and Sunday and thinking how fast time flies.
Oh yeah....I had a good laugh at your trip to the doctor. What mother hasn't forgotten their child?

hahah Man i have a fat baby i think cause London is 13lbs 7oz so not that much smaller than Grayson heheh He will catch up soon i am sure, especially since you have him on formula now. I think that is why London has gotten so big cause i had to stop nursing completely a while ago cause i dried up...so weird since i had no problems with sydney. I didnt know he was a colicky baby. Were you still only nursing him when you didn't have much milk. Sorry all the personal questions, i am nosy ehehe Well he is a cute little guy!! Yes I am sure he will be one in no time.

It's definitely time to celebrate if the colic stage is over. That stage would test the patience of Da'Man himself! Now the fun begins!
